Asset Finance Solutions has been initiated by Shane Moloney, co-founder of Sterling Finance Group, as a referral service for Mortgage Brokers who have asset finance opportunities present in their business, but lack the time , skills or staff required to write the business.
Mortgage brokers are now dealing with increasingly regulatory compliance obligations. The time and effort required today to write a residential mortgage leaves very little time for brokers to engage in other facets of finance broking which could add to their business’s overall profitability.
Engaging Asset Finance Solutions as a referral partner expands your business’s service proposition and enables your clients to quickly access asset finance which they may have otherwise had to seek from another broker or bank. This protects your business. The old adage “ If you’re not writing the business , someone else will” is never truer in asset finance. Clients have a need and if you are not able to service their need they will go elsewhere.
We have access to an extensive panel of lenders with a range of products suiting consumer and commercial clients with competitive rates and low or no ongoing fees!
